These hands are not a pretty sight to behold!
The Christmas rush is always a hard time for my hands and the Covid precautions have added a new layer of hardship to them.
I am a stickler for washing my hands in between tasks and each wash strips vital oils from the skin. I invariably can’t put cream on as the next job usually requires clean, oil-free hands. With Click-and-Collect, and the need to sanitise constantly, my hands were fighting a losing battle and by the time Christmas Eve arrived they were cracked and bleeding.
There were two things that saved the day: O’Keefes Working Hands (upgraded to Working Feet as Christmas approached!) and a locally produce oil. The local oil contained Neem and was so much gentler on my hands than than Working Feet but together they made a huge difference.
